Frequently Asked
Questions
01. Do you offer some sort of warranty?
Your investment is important to us! We stand behind all of our work with the absolute best industry warranties. From 12+ years on pebble plaster finishes & lifetime structural gunite pool shell warrranty on new builds, we have you covered.
02. How long does the process take?
As pool and landscape experts we are able to finish typical remodels within 1-3 weeks, and new pool builds within around 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity. No project is the same, but this is what we typically see. If the conditions are bad (rain, extreme wind, material shortages, etc...), some projects may be delayed for days/weeks unfortunetaly.
03. What is the pool resurfacing process?
After our proposal is accepted, this is what a pool plaster resurfacing project entails:
1. We shut off your pool equipment and properly drain your pool
2. We relief any hydrostatic pressure building up on your pool, ensuring it's safety
3. We prep your pool! (will be loud and dusty, we use jackhammers)
4. We apply plaster on your surface(s) in your choice of finish and color
5. Start filling up your pool once plaster is complete (1-2 days depending on finish)
6. Perform proper startup; you can do it yourself, but we recommend hiring a professional to protect your new finish.
When resurfacing your pool and it's plaster, it is the best time to do any other changes such as replacing your waterline tile, adding a new cabo shelf, adding a hand rail, or simply changing your light!
04. Do you offer financing?
We do not offer direct financing through us, however, we are partnered with
Lyon Financial
and they help pool owners fund their oasis'.
05. What am I looking to pay for my project?
What are you looking to do? Where is your project located? What finishes do you want? There are many factors that may affect the total cost of your project! Such as:
• Plaster finish you would like (Regular plaster? pebble? or quartz?)
• New tile?
• Any additional aggregates in your plaster mix
• New add on? (i.e. new pool entry or shelf)
• Size of your pool

We like being honest... Although we do most of our work in-house, some things are better left in the hands of niche specialists. Remember, "a jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one." One of the things you can expect for us to not do ourselves is the gunite phase for new pools. We want your pool shell to be constructed and built by those that solely do gunite and specialize in that—
we want your investment to last.
The pool gunite shell is one the most important things in a pool, if not the most important! However, rest assured that all of our project partners have been tried and tested. After all, our name is on it.
Choose a peace of mind, Choose Phenomenal.
